A long time ago, during the Battle of Badr, two brave brothers named Muawidh and Muadh wanted to help protect the Muslims. Even though they were very young, they went into battle with courage in their hearts.

On the battlefield, they saw a very wicked man named Abu Jahl. He was known for hurting Muslims and speaking lies about Islam. The brothers fought bravely and were able to defeat him.

As Abu Jahl lay on the ground, hurt and close to death, he found out that it was the brothers from Madinah who had defeated him. With his last breath, he said sadly, “I wish someone else had been the one to defeat me!”

He felt this way because he thought people from Madinah were not strong or brave. But Allah helped the brothers win, showing everyone that being brave and smart is more important than where someone comes from.
